The Nokta Advantage Accessories Pack.
Next up, the Nokta Advantage accessories pack arrived—stuffed with more goodies than I was expecting! 🎉 I know some people love a good unboxing video, but unless you want a shaky, one-handed production filmed with my elbow, we’re sticking to good old-fashioned photos this time. 😆
An unopened package sits proudly on my cooker—mystery, excitement, the promise of treasure (or at least some cool gear)! Let’s tear it open and see what surprises are inside! 🎁✨
BEHOLD! A box that looks suspiciously festive! 🎁✨ Could this be a special edition with some leftover stock, or did I just get lucky? Either way, let’s dive in and find out what my £125.95 has brought me!
Upon cracking open the box, the first thing to greet me is the finds pouch—hopefully, it’ll be stuffed with treasures before long! Soon it will be time to put it to the test out in the wild!
The finds pouch is a decent size and feels pretty sturdy—at first glance, it looks like it can handle a good bit of action. Let’s see if it can keep up with my future treasure-hunting adventures!
Surprise bonus! The pouch comes with a belt already attached—wasn’t expecting that, but hey, no complaints here! It’s pretty thin and super flexible, but luckily, it’s removable if I ever want to swap it for something sturdier. The sliding buckle and clip feel solid enough to handle regular use, so we’re off to a good start!
Moving on from the finds pouch then. Once that was out of the box this is what I saw next.
A PulseDive Pinpointer, the handle of a digging knife and a Nokta branded baseball cap! Let's take a closer look.
Check this out—the back of the belt holster has a clip instead of a loop! I’m guessing that’s to make it easy to reposition on your gear or belt, and yep, it works like a charm. It’s rock solid and even has a little D-ring at the top—probably for a lanyard? Maybe. But if I attach the lanyard there and the holster somehow detaches… well, that’s a double loss I’d rather avoid. So, I’ll be securing my lanyard elsewhere, just in case.
Now, onto the pinpointer itself—this thing feels tough! The three side buttons have a nice, reassuring click to them, which is always a good sign. Once I figure out a way to film myself in action, I’ll definitely do a more in-depth review.
Side note: I wasn’t expecting this belt holster at all! The listing images showed a leg holster, so this is an unexpected bonus from my mystery box of detecting goodies. Not bad!
Ah yes, a cap—classic, reliable, and doing exactly what a cap should do. Nothing too thrilling to report here, but I will say it seems well-made, with no rogue threads or questionable stitching trying to escape. It’ll keep the sun (or rain) off my head, so I’d call that a win!
Next up, we have the digging knife—a Nokta Premium Digger, complete with its own belt sheath. And I have to say, the sheath itself is impressively well-made. Sturdy, with solid stitching, it looks ready to handle plenty of action without a fuss.
Now, let’s get to the real star of the show—the digging knife! Let’s take a closer look...
Well, folks, here it is – a digging knife that's got a good grip to it, dry, The photo doesn’t quite do justice to the sleek Nokta branding and handy measurement scale on the blade (but trust me, it's there!). I'm 100% confident this tool will stand the test of time, as long as you give it a little TLC. As for the handle? It’s not going anywhere – but hey, we’ll see if it pulls a Houdini move down the road!
Next up, the leg holster for the pinpointer! The straps are made of the same thin nylon as the belt on the finds pouch – not exactly military-grade, but hey, we're not gearing up for a secret mission here, so I think they’ll do just fine for the job. After checking out the sheath and holster for the digger and pinpointer, it’s clear this one's made on a bit of a budget – but that doesn’t mean it won’t get the job done. I’m not sure if I’ll actually use it, but if I do, I’ll update you with the full scoop once I’ve got more intel.
On the bright side, the stitching is top-notch and those clips? Sturdier than a coffee addict's morning routine!
At the very bottom of the box, I found a little bag of unexpected goodies that totally made my day! Of course, I was expecting the PulseDive manual and charging cable, but getting an extra end cap for land use, some spare o-rings, a spare tip cover, and even a lanyard for the pinpointer was a delightful surprise!
All in all, I’m super happy and impressed with everything in this package. I’d totally recommend it to anyone starting out or anyone in need of replacing old or damaged gear. Now, let's break down the cost if you were to buy this all individually:
1) Nokta Pulsedive: £115.94
2) Nokta premium digger: £34.94
3) Finds pouch: £11.95
4) Leg holster: £11.95
5) baseball cap: £9.95
Total: £184.73
I paid £125.95, meaning I saved a total of £58.78!
